City honors late civil rights advocate Vel R. Phillips with street naming

On Tuesday, August 7, 2018, the City of Milwaukee along with the Bader Foundation and Alderwoman Milele Coggs held a special street renaming ceremony at North 4th Street and West North Avenue to honor the late civil rights advocate Vel Phillips.
