Milwaukee Bucks sign Jason Kidd to contract extension

MILWAUKEE – The Milwaukee Bucks announced a contract extension for head coach Jason Kidd Tuesday.

Under the terms of the contract, Kidd will remain with the organization through the 2019-20 season.

Milwaukee Moves up Among Tortured Title Towns

Bucks co-owner Wes Edens said in a statement that Kidd is the “right man for the job,” and lauded his ability to prepare, develop and relate to today’s players.

Kidd was hired in 2014 and led the Bucks to the playoffs in his first season. His overall record is 118-128.

Financial terms of the contract were not released.
