Sandra Penelope Foster

Sandra Penelope Foster was born on July 17th, 1962 to Nathanial Young
Sr. and Leona Palmer in Helena, Arkansas. There Sandra received her formal
education through Central High school where she excelled took some college
courses from Phillips College, was on the pep rally and graduated in 1982.
More recently, she also attended Gateway Technical College (GTC) from 2012
where she continued to excel and made the dean’s list from 2013-2014 and
continued to attend up until her passing. She married Robert Foster on July
8th, 1988 and they were together in wedded bliss for almost 20 years.
