On Saturday, September 26, 2020, Villard Avenue BID #19 and Alderman Ashanti Hamilton (front row, second from left) invited residents to attend “Visual Vibes on Villard – Artist Appreciation,” at the North Miilwaukee Art Haus, 5151 N. 35th Street.

The event celebrated muralists Ammar Nsoroma, Teresa Sahar, Kevin Soens, Chacho Lopez, Byada Briona, and Chavez Conway who have used their talents to help beautify the neighborhood with their art, uplifting messages, and encouragement.

The event marked the completion of a 5-mural corridor project that was spearheaded by Villard Avenue BID #19 manager Angelique Sharp (front row, second from right).
