Seaway Bank and Trust Company Milwaukee Branch, 2102 W. Fond du Lac Avenue, hosted a Pastors Reception on Monday, October 28. 2013. The purpose of the reception, according to Seaway Milwaukee Branch’s Senior Vice President Tracy Meeks, was the bank’s way of “saying thanks for working with us.” More than 35 pastors attended Seaway Bank’s third reception for pastors in the Milwaukee area. Of that total, approximately one-third of the pastors are loyal Seaway Bank customers. Since the reception, several pastors have contacted the bank to discuss ways their parishioners can be provided information on home ownership and classes on financial literacy. When asked on Wednesday what he thought of the Pastors Reception, Pastor Mose Fuller of St. Timothy Baptist Church was very forthright in his response: “I think Seaway is reaching out to pastors to have their churches become clients of the bank as well as members of their congregation. Moreover, Seaway wants the community to know they are in the community and their history. And so far they are doing a great job.” Pictured (from left) are: Seaway Milwaukee Branch Senior Vice President Tracy Meeks, Seaway Bank President Walter E.
