On Saturday, August 6, 2022, The Milwaukee Brewers held a special pregame ceremony to honor some of their most prominent past players and club officials as part of the their ’40th Anniversary Celebration Weekend.’ As part of the weekend, Prince Fielder was enshrined into the Brewers Walk of Fame, the 21st player to be inducted into the prestigious group. Also legends Ryan Braun and Jonathan Lucroy joined the Brewers Wall of Honor with Francisco Rodriguez, a 2021 inductee, who was also being recognized. Lucroy officially retired from his playing days as a member of the Brewers; and he, Braun, Rodriguez and Fielder were onsite to throw out the ceremonial first pitch. A pregame flyover featured four F-35 jets from the 58th Fighter Squadron out of Eglin Air Force Base in Florida. Fielder was also joined by his two sons Haven and Jadyn.
