Nathaniel Hawthorne Elementary School celebrates black cinema

On Thursday, February 27, 2025, Principal Shantee Williams, students, teachers and support staff of Nathaniel Hawthorne Elementary School held their annual Black History Month event. This year’s theme was the “Black History Wax Museum: Celebrating Black Cinema.” More than 100 parents, guardians, family and friends attended the special night complete with watching a film and enjoying popcorn.
