MPS Requesting Quotations for Green Space On Playground for Allen-Field Elementary School

NOTICE

Milwaukee Public Schools will receive sealed quotations for furnishing all labor, tools, equipment and materials necessary, including public liability and property damage insurance to perform all work necessary and incidental to the Green Space On Playground for Allen-Field Elementary School, 730 W. Lapham Blvd., Milwaukee, WI. Project scope, plans, specifications, quotation requirements and guidelines may be obtained 7:30 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.; Monday through Friday from A/E Graphics, Inc.; 4075 North 124th Street, Brookfield, WI 53005; phone (262) 781-7744; fax (262) 781-4250. Call A/E Graphics, Inc. for availability of quotation documents. Documents may also be viewed online at A/E Graphics, Inc. @ www.aegraphics.com.

There are no Student Employment I Participation requirements for this contract.

A pre-quotation walkthrough will be held on site Friday, March 02, 2018 at 9:00 AM. Meet at the school’s main entrance. Attendance is strongly encouraged. A written response of the questions asked at this walkthrough will be issued by way of an addendum to all firms registered for this RFQ on the A/E Graphic’s Online Planroom.

All other questions should be submitted in writing to the facilities and Maintenance Services to DFMSProcurement@milwaukee.k12.wi.us or fax number (414) 283-4682. No questions will be answered verbally. No verbal information from any source is to be relied upon by any respondent in the development of their response to the RFQ. Only questions at the walkthrough or submitted in writing prior to 4:00 PM on Tuesday, March 06, 2018 will be answered. No questions will be answered after that date and time. These responses will be documented by way of addenda, which will be forwarded to all bidders.

Submit all quotations no later than 1:30 PM on Tuesday, March 13, 2018 to Mr. Mark Bethel, Project Specialist of Design and Construction, Facilities and Maintenance Services, 1124 North 11th Street, Milwaukee, Wisconsin 53233.
