The congregation at Prince of Peace Baptist Church, 3701 N. 35th Street, will be having their annual Black history celebration on Saturday February 22, 2014 at 5:00 p.m. The program will consist of speeches, poems and African praise dance. Following the program, a southern-style soul food dinner will be served. The public is invited. Rev. Steven R. McVicker is pastor.
