
On Saturday, November 29, 2025, the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated® hosted the “51st Annual Pauline Redmond Coggs Foundation Debutante Cotillion” at the Pfister Hotel in downtown Milwaukee. The event marked the culmination of six months of dedicated preparation and service projects completed by the debutantes under the leadership and mentorship of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.® and continues to serve as a premier scholastic program, emphasizing academic achievement, leadership development, and community service. Nearly 600 guests gathered for the elegant Saturday evening celebration chaired by Amandla Gales. The event honored the accomplishments of each debutante as they embodied the evening’s theme, “The Power of Rising: Bold, Brilliant, and Beautiful.”
This year’s Royal Court included, Miss Debutante 2025 Mariah Alyssa Clarke (lower right photo, center); First Runner Up Sydney Nala Norman; Second Runner Up Brinya Roshun Baker; Third Runner Up Gianna Elizabeth Cooks. This year’s distinguished group of debutantes included: Courtney LaShawn Boyle, Layla Simone Caples, Jasiri Envy Nicole Carter, Trinity Lanae Dorsey, Laila Jonelle Duncan, Morgan Marie Gibson, Zakiya Skylasia Gilbert, Briana Nicole Gray, SeReya Dawn Marie Hill, London Saniyah Makenzie Holman, Dallas Olivia Hortman-Garner, Terryn Alycea Prystine McBride, Shamariona Navaehy McCloud, Kylie Dakota McKinnon, Agnes Ifeoma Ochonogor, Kennedy Anaya Phifer, Taylor Madison Pitta, Elayna Juliette Thompson, Ja’Liyah Lealani Walker, Anaiya Symoné Williams, and Diamonique Tashiana Rose West.
