On Sunday, October 26, 2025, Holy Redeemer Institutional Church of God in Christ hosted its “39th Annual Women’s Weekend,” at the church at 3500 W. Mother Daniels Way. This year’s theme, “Our Narrative – A Journey that Requires Unwavering Commitment: Building Kingdom through Obedience,’’ invites us to pause and consider the divine story God is writing through each of our lives.
Throughout October the church have gathered in unity to celebrate the strength, resilience, and faithfulness of women who are committed to building the Kingdom of God. Through worship, word, and witness, they have been encouraged to walk boldly in their calling, knowing that our obedience shapes not only our personal journey. but the legacy we leave for generations to come. As they bring to close a wonderful month, may our annual service be a time of spiritual awakening, divine connection, and renewed purpose.
A special thank you to Chairwoman Evangelist Kassandra Purham-Andrews, to every sponsor, committee and department chair, and every faithful member whose steadfast support strengthens the foundation of their ministry. They were especially honored to welcome Pastor Jolinda Wade. The women of Holy Redeemer continue to let their dedication and encouragement continue to fuel their passion for serving in the Lord’s work.
