The Milwaukee Brewers held an Alumni Home Run Derby at American Family Field as part of the celebration of the stadium’s 25th anniversary. Nearly 42,000 fans watched Team Ryan Braun take on Team Carlos Gómez with a $10,000 prize for charity on the line after the Milwaukee Brewers/Philadelphia Phillies game on July 25, 2025. Teams of the alumni players were chosen ‘school yard style,’ included (Team Braun) Ryan Braun, Eric Thames, Corey Hart, Bill Hall, Casey McGehee; (Team Gómez) Carlos Gómez, Prince Fielder, Yovani Gallardo, and Keon Broxton. The clutches hitter of the night was Keon Broxton. Not only did he deliver the win for Team Gómez; he also clinched a $10,000 donation to Autism Society.

“The energy in this ballpark is special. It’s so unique for all of us to be able to feel that electricity and intensity was so special it was an incredible experience for all of us so grateful for the organization for putting this on and the fans for showing up,” said Braun, whose team won the runner up prize of $5,000 donation for the Wisconsin Humane Society.
