2024 Fourth of July fireworks and parades in Milwaukee and beyond

It’s hard to believe, but Independence Day celebrations are here. Here is a list of where to go.

Fireworks:

July 4
Brookfield: 9:17 p.m., Mitchell Park
Brown Deer: 9:30 p.m., Village Park
Butler: Dusk (about 9 p.m.), Frontier Park
Cedarburg: Dusk, Adlai Horn Park Columbus: Dusk, Fireman’s Park (Rain date is July 5)
Cudahy: 9:15 p.m., Sheridan Park Glendale: 9 p.m., Kletzsch Park
Greenfield: 9:45 p.m., Konkel Park
Hales Corners: 9:30 p.m., Hales Corners Park Kenosha: 9:30 p.m., along the lakefront
Milwaukee: 9:15 p.m.: Alcott Park Gordon Park Humboldt Park Jackson Park Lake Park Lincoln Park Mitchell Park Noyes Park Washington Park Wilson Park
Oak Creek: Dusk, Lake Vista Park
Port Washington: Dusk, downtown – launched from Coal Dock Park
Racine: 8:45 p.m., North Beach
Shorewood: Atwater Park St. Francis: 9:15 p.m., Milton Vretenar Municipal Park
West Allis: 9:30 p.m., West Allis Athletic Complex
Whitefish Bay: 9:30 p.m., Klode Park

Parades

July 2
West Allis: 7 p.m.; parade route starts at 77th Street and Greenfield Avenue, continues east on Greenfield towards 70th Street, and ends at Orchard Avenue

July 3
Menomonee Falls: 7 p.m.

July 4
Milwaukee: Parade March to Alcott Park: 9:45 a.m. Parade throughout Enderis Park: 8:45 a.m. Gordon Park: 11 a.m.; Bremen and Clark Streets to Gordon Park
Humboldt: 9 a.m.; Starts at South Kinnickinnic and East Lincoln avenues to park Lake: 9 a.m.
Mitchell Park: 9 a.m.; Start location #1 – National Avenue and 4th Street, Start location #2 – Mitchell and 23rd Streets, Start location #3 – Scott and 30th streets
Wilson Park: 9 a.m.; Begins at South 20th Street and West Howard Avenue and ends at Wilson Park
Shorewood: 3 p.m.
St. Francis: 2 p.m.; starts on Howard Avenue, east to Packard Avenue and then South to Lunham Avenue Sussex: 9:30 a.m.; Kiddie Parade starts. Participants in the parade march west on Main Street to The Grove at Village Park. Wauwatosa: 9 a.m.; parade leaves from Hoyt Pool parking lot. The parade will then proceed north on Swan (92nd Street) to North Avenue, then turn right on North Avenue, ending near 80th Street concluding at Regner Park
Whitefish Bay: 11:30 a.m.; parade kicks off at the corner of Silver Spring Drive and Kent Avenue and heads east on Silver Spring Drive, continuing north on Lake Drive to Klode Park.
