Messmer High School students celebrate earning more than $1-million in college scholarships

On Tuesday, May 23, 2023, senior students from Messmer High School celebrated collectively earning $1,969,506.00 in college scholarships under the proud leadership of Principal Shenora Jordan (front row, second from left). These outstanding students participated in coaching sessions on college preparation and career readiness offered by the Greater Milwaukee Urban League’s (GMUL) ‘Project Ready: Mentor; as well as the Graduate to Employment; and Urban Pathways youth development programs. The celebration took place at Messmer High School, 742 W. Capitol Dr.
