Victory Temple Church and MLK Community Center hosts Cut & Tie Job and Health Fair

On Saturday, November 9, 2019, the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Community Center hosted Cut & Tie Job and Health Fair, at the center located at 1531 W. Vliet St.
The event was held for underprivileged men in the Milwaukee area and offered mock interviews, resume assistance, free hair cuts and shaves, free ties and housing resources, as well as health insurance information and on-site Foodshare sign up.
The event was sponsored by Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield; and barbers from Gee’s Clippers, Sandra Dee’s Phase 2 Salon, and the Mobile Barber Shop offered the free hair cuts and shaves.
