Concerns About Contigo Water Bottles: The water bottle’s clear silicone spout can detach, posing a choking hazard to children.
Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled water bottles, take them from children and contact Contigo for inspection instructions and a free replacement lid.

Item: Dorel Juvenile Group USA recalls inclined sleepers due to safety concerns about inclined sleep products.
Concerns About Inclined Sleep Products: Infant fatalities have been reported while using other inclined sleep products, after the infants rolled from their back to their stomach or side when unrestrained, or under other circumstances.
Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the inclined sleepers and contact Dorel for a refund in the form of a $60 voucher.

Item: Stokke recalls infant steps bouncers due to fall hazard.
Concerns About Stokke Steps Bouncer: The Stokke Steps Bouncer can detach from the Stokke Steps Chair, posing a fall hazard to the child in the bouncer.
Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the Stokke Steps Bouncer in combination with the Stokke Steps Chair and contact Stokke for a free repair kit.

Item: The Boppy Company recalls infant head and neck support accessories due to suffocation hazard.
Concerns About the Boppy Company Infant Head and Neck Support: The head support area can be overstuffed and cause the infant’s head to be tilted too far forward, posing a suffocation hazard.
Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the head support and contact the Boppy Company for a full refund.
