June 7, 2018

On Friday, May 25, 2018, two of the Milwaukee Brewers, Pitcher Jeremy Jeffress and Center Fielder Lorenzo Cain, stopped by the Mary Ryan Boys and Girls Club, 3000 N. Sherman Blvd., to deliver baseball equipment to the young players.

Jeffress and Cain were joined by the Johnsonville Racing Sausages; former Brewer Larry Hisle; and Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Milwaukee president and CEO Vincent P. Lyles.

The visit by Cain and Jeffress was part of the RBI Program. RBI stands for Reviving Baseball in the Inner Cities; among the equipment donated were bats, balls, gloves, uniforms, hats, helmets and pads.
