Tommie J. Noel

Tommie J. Noel was born on June 20, 1936 to the union of the late Estella and Andrew Noel. He received his formal education in Lexington, Mississippi. Tommie was raised by his grandmother, along with his first cousin, Aggie Noel. Aggie and Tommie developed a brother and sister relationship; they were very close.
