R. Kelly playing Milwaukee Christmas show

December 9, 2016

R. Kelly will be “sippin’ on coke and rum” when he performs a Christmas show at the Riverside Theater Dec. 11.

The R&B star behind “Ignition (Remix)” and “Bump n’ Grind” is getting into the holiday spirit with new album “12 Nights of Christmas,” out Friday, featuring originals like “Flyin’ On My Sleigh” and “Mrs. Santa Claus.” R. Kelly’s slated to cover Christmas songs and his hits on his winter tour, which includes his first Milwaukee concert since a 2012 show for the “Single Ladies Tour.”

Reserved seats are $58.75 to $128.75, available beginning at noon Oct. 28 at the box office (116 W. Wisconsin Ave.), the Pabst Theater box office (144 E. Wells St.), by calling (414) 286-3663 or visiting pabsttheater.org.
