Michael Horace Watley was born in Milwaukee, WI on April 17, 1959 to Horace Leafed and Mildred Watley. He was the first born of three boys. Understanding the role of being the eldest, he took this responsibility very seriously. He was the big brother to pave the way for his two younger brothers.
