Zion Hill celebrates 60th ‘Diamond Year’ church anniversary

On Sunday, May 9, 2019, Zion Hill Missionary Baptist Church celebrated its 60th Diamond Year Church Celebration at the church, 1825 W. Hampton Ave. The theme for the celebration was “The Church is the Flavor and Light for a Change in this Present World”

The guest speaker for the event was Rev. James Anthony Phillips (left photo, at podium), Pastor of Blessed Deliverance Baptist Church, Milwaukee, WI.

The celebrations continued later in the day at Davians Restaurant, N56W16300 Silver Spring Dr. The keynote speaker for the dinner was Wisconsin Lt. Governor Mandela Barnes.
